Yes, the list is ranked and the ranking structure is determined by:
 The number of teams a charity has registering in this year's event, The date of team registration, with the earlier registered teams going first,

The main ranking factor will be the number of teams a charity has entering to support it. So although the list is initially organised by the date the teams register by, where a charity has two or more teams entering, those charities will immediately go above all charities entering just one team – regardless of when those teams registered. Likewise, a charity with three or more teams will go above all charities with just two teams and so on.
